Build a Garden Tower Guides
From a $1/s shed to a multi-floor greenhouse — one loop, taught in order.
This hub is the map for every how-to on the wiki. Build a Garden Tower looks simple in the trailer: buy a plant, wait, sell fruit, buy a taller greenhouse. The pain starts when storage fills, forage luck whiffs, and you spend a whole session decorating a floor that still earns almost nothing. Each guide below answers one of those stalls without repeating the same pep talk.
If you just clicked Play, open Getting Started first. It walks the spawn-to-first-upgrade hour and embeds the only dedicated gameplay video we verified (RowdeeGames). Come back here when you need a specialist page.
The loop in one paragraph
You own a glass greenhouse. Plants occupy plots. They grow, you collect fruit (manually or with the Auto Collect pass), you sell, cash-per-second rises, and you buy more floors so more plots exist. Official thumbnails contrast a packed $1/s starter house with a pagoda-roof tower labelled $67,343,101/s — that number is marketing, but the direction is real: height and plant quality beat idle staring. Progress saves when you leave. Servers hold six players, so you will see other towers, but their plants are not yours to harvest.

How we wrote these pages
Facts come from the live Roblox experience (universe 10405785379), the Evil Penguinz group, official thumbnails, and the store as of 7 September 2026: Auto Collect Fruits (FOREVER) at 99 Robux (two-minute tick), x2 Forage Luck at 199, +200 Storage at 49, and Speed Coil at 9. We do not invent plant income tables. Where a number is not public, the guide tells you how to read it in-game (cash-per-second on the HUD, restock timer, storage bar) instead of fabricating a spreadsheet.
Codes, when they exist, live on the codes hub — not copied into every guide. Patch context lives on Update 6. Scripts and executors are isolated on the scripts hub with a safety warning; they are not required to finish the tycoon.
Suggested first-week path
Day 1. Spawn, learn collect/sell, fill every cheap plot. Watch the embedded video on Getting Started so you see a real greenhouse, not just the icon.
Day 2. Buy the first extra floor the moment cash covers it. Ignore themed props (torii, fountains, pagoda roofs) until income plants are packed. Official art for “Day 1 vs Day 7” shows a single fruit tree becoming a courtyard — that only happens if the tree is earning.
Day 3–4. Start foraging. x2 Forage Luck is a paid multiplier, not a requirement. Learn the forage spots on your plot and keep storage below cap so rares actually land. The starter plants page lists what belongs in early plots.
Day 5–7. Re-read the tier list after each shop restock. Sell off low-tier clutter if storage is choking. Open crates when you have room. If you are still at $1/s on day 7, you are decorating instead of upgrading — go back to tower upgrades.
Platform notes
The experience is listed for PC, phone, tablet, and console. The loop is the same; only the HUD density changes. Mobile players should play in landscape when placing plants. Console players should bind the shop close to a face button so they can redeem a code without dropping the joystick. None of that requires a script.
When you finish a guide, use the related links at the bottom. They stay inside this category or jump to codes, plants, and updates — never to a dead slug.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Which guide should I read first?
The beginner walkthrough. Then how to play if the HUD still feels opaque.
Do I need Robux to follow these guides?
No. Passes speed collection, luck, movement, and storage. The free loop of plant, harvest, sell, and upgrade still works.
Why is there no full plant stat table?
Evil Penguinz has not published a public API of crop incomes. We rank roles on the tier list and tell you which HUD number to trust instead of inventing stats.
Is this the Garden Tower Defense wiki?
No. This site covers the Evil Penguinz tycoon Build a Garden Tower, not the tower-defense game with Seeds and Gerald Gnome.
